Information we process

PushToCal processes schedule screenshots that you upload to extract dates, times, and other shift information. Please avoid including information that is not needed to create your calendar events.

Google account and Calendar access

PushToCal may access basic Google account information and Google Calendar data only after you authorize that access through Google. We use this access only to create, update, or remove calendar events that you request and to support the related calendar-sync features.

PushToCal does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

How information is used

We use information to provide the service, process schedules, maintain requested calendar events, prevent duplicate events, troubleshoot problems, and protect PushToCal from misuse.

Storage and sharing

We retain information only as needed to operate and secure the service. We may use service providers that process information on our behalf, or disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can stop using PushToCal, sign out, or revoke PushToCal’s Google access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not automatically remove events already created in your calendar.
